This performance started as more of a live improvised storyboarding session. We knew we wanted to have a performance that involved narrative, visual, and musical improvisation. The end result was this, a loosely railroaded fantasy improvisation through the medium of Minecraft VR.
My contribution was the more intense music during the fight with the two monsters. I used Ableton Live and routed my midi inputs to multiple instruments, and then improvised a solo over my synth line on a distorted guitar.
